Formal Booking Steps

Step One

Choose your favorite itinerary from TYT website. Meanwhile, please read the Terms & Conditions and How to Pay pages carefully. If you have any questions about what you read, just click the ‘Live Help' button on the left sidebar to ask your questions.

Step Two

Submit inquiry on-line. Click the ‘Enquire This Tour' button to submit your request or ‘Need to be tailor-made' button to bring up the customize form. You'll receive the updated itinerary and quotation from us within one working day.

Step Three

Receive proposal and quotation. Please read the updated itinerary and quotation we send to you carefully.

Step Four

Change to suit, fee-free. If any change should be made, please feel free to discuss the details and price with our sales office. You can contact the sales office by email or telephone to amend the tour until the client is completely satisfied with the plan.

Step Five

Confirm the booking. Confirm acceptance with sales and pay the deposit. Early confirmation would be greatly appreciated.

Step Six

Pay deposit and complete. Upon receiving your deposit, we'll start the process to secure the booking. The proposed hotels and flights will be available for a limited time following presentation of our proposal, but we are not able to guarantee their availability until we have secured the booking following your acceptance of our proposal. If any changes do occur, we will advise you of other options and ask for your approval before securing the booking. After securing the booking, we'll invoice your account. You'll receive our final confirmation and tour voucher

Enter TYT website, on each page, you will find a ‘Questions?’ button. Click it and you can then have a free online chatting with your travel advisor. Or follow the direction and leave your contact e-mail address and your tour requests. You’ll receive the updated itinerary and quotation from us afterwards within one working day.

Want the Tailor-made

Enter TYT website, on each page, you will find a button ‘I want tailor-made’. Click it to bring up the customize form. Write down your basic information and tour proposal, then click ‘Submit’ button. You'll receive the updated itinerary and quotation from us within one working day.
